An Olympian told me that he lost the gold medal because he looked over his shoulder and got distracted during a race. Not only did he lose the gold medal, he finished in fourth place. How many of you are looking over your shoulder and comparing yourself to others? Are you getting distracted with other people's accomplishments? Do you feel less than others? Do you get resentful when somebody gets a better grade than you do? The problem is not other people's accomplishments. The problem is that you forgot that you are running your own race. Today's challenge is about staying in your own lane and focusing on your best, and not focusing on others.
